The Salomon XA Forces Mid GTX is the ideal operational shoe for critical situations: light and yet stable. The XA Forces Mid is based on the proven XA Pro 3D and is ideal for special forces due to its improved durability and stronger outsole. Its SensiFit ™ design offers a secure, comfortable and practically individual fit around the foot from the midsole to the lacing system. The stable 3D Advanced Chassis ™ construction uses two different midsole components for improved foot control and active comfort. The High Traction Contagrip® outsole is designed for long-term wear. Using the most durable blend, it has a stud pattern that works equally well on hard and smooth as well as soft and loose surfaces. In addition, the XA Forces has a reinforcement to protect the inside of the shoe when abseiling. With the GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort Footwear membrane, it defies all weather.
